About FWA Orlando

Passion for Words

You may know the feeling. You’re reading a vivid, enthralling passage by one of your favorite authors. As you turn the pages, you can’t help but ask yourself: Just how do they keep me hanging on every word?

The Florida Writers Association was founded on one simple idea: Writers helping writers. It's our motto. The group's goal is helping writers demystify the writing process.

I'm Andrew Robinson, and I've taken over the Orlando Chapter of FWA following the passing of dear Rik Feeney, who was a great guy and a personal friend. To that end I've also set up this site to allow writers to contact me about writing, about giving a lecture at one of our meetings (held on the third Tuesday of each month), and to see all that FWA has to offer.

If anyone out there has a subject that they want to make a presentation on before the group, please let me know. You can use the contact sheet here or write to me directly.  We're always looking for new takes on all issues related to writing.

A little bit about me:

I'm a published author, my time travel romance Worst Date, Greatest Adventure is available from Champagne Book Group (CBG) and on Amazon. The sequel will be released soon. Also my teen vampire adventure book Vampire Academia is likewise published by CBG.
